How do I lose weight before my dance recital?
My dance recital is this Saturday, and i want to lose some weight. i dont know how to lose it that fast and i hate to wear my leotard in front of other dancers. What do i do?

I saw this article on cosmo and it said “lose 5 pounds in a week” I have no idea if it actually works but you can look it up and some of the tips include getting more sleep, cutting out white bread and pasta, and drinking more water. Good luck!

Theres no healthy way at all! Drink only water and eat healthy is the only way 2 maybe loose anything but it’s not likely it’ll happen that quick. Good luck. Maybe try running a littl also. 😀

Well, I hate to say this but you should have jumped into action sooner. It’s healthier and better to lose 2-3 pounds per week, because that way your results will stay longer rather than you fasting. Just remember that if you starve yourself, your metabolism will slow down and you’ll be 2-3 times bigger than your normal size. What I would recommend is first tons of water. Usually girls have problems with their stomach, and sodium is usually the reason why. Drink 8 cups of water a day, and in a few weeks you’ll notice your stomach shrink.
No junk food, be careful about your intake with carbohydrates, sodium, trans fat, etc etc.

Honestly, there’s no diet that’s gonna help you lose wait that fast, and too much exercise will make you sore and effect your dancing. But since you’re a dancer I’m guessing you aren’t a “fattie” as the pompous jerk above seemed to think acceptable to post.
