Does anyone have a recipe for creamed horseradish?

What I am after is a recipe that starts with fresh grated horseradish and eventually ends up as a creamy condiment.
I know that a regular bottle/ jar of horseradish has vinegar, salt and some water in it, perhaps other things as well, but how to make a creamed horseradish sauce? Surely vinegar would cause the cream to sour?

I just do a simple horseradish and sourcream mix. a ratio of how much of each depends on your taste. I personally like it a little horsier (LOL) if that’s even a word but you know what I mean….
I only live about 40 miles from the Horseradish Capital of the world. (BTW) that doesn’t make me an expert just a funny fact for this question!! ; )

    creamed horseradish

    INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup fresh grated horseradish (see Note)
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon dill weed
    PREPARATION:
Place grated horseradish, heavy cream, and salt into the bowl of a small food processor fitted with the metal blade.
Pulse until thickened to the consistency of stiff whipped cream. (Do not over-beat or you will end up with butter.)

Scrape into a bowl and fold in dill weed. Refrigerate at least two hours or overnight to let flavors meld.
