Chicken enchaladas.
Just put the chicken in the crock-pot all day.
Wrap in tortillas.
Add cheese and sauce on top.
Bake!
It’s easier than it looks and really tasty! Also use the green enchalada sauce. Red sauce is for beef which can be made the same way.

3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1-2 jars marinara sauce
chopped garlic
8oz package shredded Italian mix cheese
Put the chicken in the crock pot and sprinkle with chopped or minced garlic (maybe a tablespoon). Top with the marinara and sprinkle with the cheese. Cover and cook on medium-high all day, do NOT stir. Tastes like lasagna or chicken parmesan 🙂
