I will learn at a moderate speed, Im just curious because Im thinking of signing up for lessons. Also, how long does it take to learn to play the piano?

You need to qualify your goals here.
Learn to play to what grade level?
Grade 1 examination standard should take no longer than 6 months if you practice regularly.

Depends how good an instructor it is, but I learned in like 1 week

a lifetime.. it depends what level you want to get to.. the best player in the world will still keep practising to, if nothing, maintain the level they have.
a moderate level, from 6-10 years. if you are really really interested, go to music college
same for piano, it helps to get music theory, to understand and hear notes.
