I need to lose 4 stone!!!
Breakfast – bran flakes with ss milk OR 2 boiled eggs and yogurt
Snack – 1 apple OR bowl of strawberries
Lunch – chicken breast + fruit salad
Snack – handful of sunflower seeds
Dinner – chicken breast + veggies OR chicken breast + fruit salad
Drinks coffee no sugar and water
Any good?
