I like to marinate them in some beer and lime juice and cook them on the grill. Delicious and probably the healthiest way to cook them. If you fry them in the pan they will be much more unhealthy.

Marinate them in 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup lime juice and 1/2 small thinly sliced red onion, pinch of red pepper flakes, salt, pepper. cilantro if you got it, if not don’t worry about it
Grill them after no less then two hours of marinating.
Serve with baked potato and grilled corn on the cob (I always par-boil my corn in a 50/50 mix of milk and water before grilling)

PORK CHOPS
Ingredients
* 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
* 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 cup applesauce
* 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
* 1 lime, juiced
* 6 bone-in pork chops
Directions
1. Mix together the Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, applesauce, hot pepper sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, and refrigerate in marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
3. Remove the chops from the marinade, and pour marinade into a saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil over medium heat, and allow to boil for about 1 minute. Place the pork chops onto the preheated grill, and grill until well browned and no longer pink in the middle, about 6 minutes per side, basting the chops occasionally with the marinade. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Allow the marinade baste to cook completely onto the chops

I don’t marinate my pork chops. To cook my pork chops, I place them on a metal tray, season with black pepper and some garlic powder. I then put them in a 400º oven for 10 minutes. Turn them over and do the same on the other side. Depending on the thickness and size of your pork chop, that’s the minimum amount of time needed so you might need a little more time if you have a thicker chop but check it to see if the juices run clear. With today’s pork being so lean, you don’t want to overcook it or it becomes hard. This way keeps it soft. Broiling it will make it hard because the meat is a muscle and the high heat under broil will cause the muscle to tighten. For some reason, the 400º doesn’t do that. If you like to eat the fat on the chop, then after the time is up, broil for 1 or 2 minutes just to crisp up the fat. If you cut off the fat – skip that step.
Another way I like to cook my pork chops is to take them straight from the freezer – frozen naturally – and put them in a pot with 1 can of cream of something soup (your choice – mushroom, chicken, celery, etc.) and water to mix with the soup. You want the liquid to cover the chop. Bring the chop and soup mixture to a boil, turn down the heat, and simmer for exactly 30 minutes. It will be done perfectly and very juicy.
Hope that helps.

Remove all visible fat from the pork chops.
Braise them in apple cider to cover, adding more apple cider as necessary until they are done.
Remove the pork chops to their serving platter and set aside.
Raise the heat and reduce the apple cider until it thickens just a bit (it will thicken more upon cooling)
Pour over the pork chops and serve.

Lightly brown them in good for you oil or the broiler. Then put them in a frying pan and cover with water…You can do this now. Add onion and garlic salt pepper fennel to taste. Cover and simmer them on the lowest heat possible. When they look like they are about to fall apart they are done about 3 hours depending on thickness.
Serve with cornbread ( if you have a cast iron skillet you can make the most delicious cornbread. ) http://walnutspinney.blogspot.com/2009/06/cornbread.html
Steamed peas with white onions (add some water from the chops before serving)
Mashed potatoes
Real apple sauce with apple chunks.
Boil down the water from the chops to make gravy add a bit of cornstarch to thicken.
Fennel is amazing for bringing out the taste in the chops.
These will be the juiciest tenderest chops you ever had – they practically melt in your mouth.

Marinade 4 bone in or boneless chops in:
1/2 cup lite soy sauce (low sodium)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of honey or agave nectar
mix well and pour over chops in a bag or bowl and keep in the fridge for 2 hours or even overnight. drain and grill outside on pan fry over medium heat as the sauce will burn if it is too hot. serve with fried rice and veggies.

Grilling them is the healthiest way to cook them.
One of my families fave recipes for porkchops is a pan of dressing mixed w/ cream of mushroom soup, sit thin chops on top, cover with leftover crm mushroom salt, pepper and bake. Probably not the healthiest but definitely not the worst.
