Well, I don’t have any recipes, but you could freeze some fruit! like freeze grapes or bananas.(you could also put chocolate on your frozen banana)
Smoothies are easy. not ICE CREAM smoothies, but ICE smoothies. they are more healthy
first, get a cup of ice
pour the ice into your blender
put the fruit in
blend and enjoy!
hmm.. how about some veggie kababs?
take some fresh or cooked vegetables for your kabab
shove ‘um onto a long toothpick thing and enjoy!
well then there’s cauliflower popcorn!
cook some cauliflower and pour it in a bowl.
pour ranch over and enjoy!
you could also make cereal bars
first melt 2 cups of marshmallows in the microwave
take your favorite cereal and mix with the melted marshmallows
enjoy!
If you need any more, feel free to email me.

Quick Breakfast Taco
2 corn tortillas
1 tablespoon salsa
2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute, such as Egg Beaters
1. Top tortillas with salsa and cheese. Heat in the microwave until the cheese is melted, about 30 seconds.
2. Meanwhile coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat, add egg substitute and cook, stirring, until the eggs are cooked through, about 90 seconds. Divide the scrambled egg between the tacos.
BBQ Chicken Sandwich
1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons light ranch dressing
1 small whole-wheat sandwich bun
1 leaf romaine lettuce
Combine chicken, carrots and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Spread ranch dressing on the bun. Top with the chicken mixture and lettuce.
Zesty Bean Dip & Chips
1/4 cup fat-free canned refried beans
1 tablespoon salsa
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 minced scallion (optional)
1 ounce tortilla chips (about 10)
Combine refried beans, salsa, cilantro and scallion (if using) in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
Inside-Out Cheeseburgers
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
1 pound 90%-lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1. Preheat grill to medium-high or preheat the broiler.
2. Combine Cheddar and Gruyere in a small bowl.
3. Gently mix beef, Worcestershire, paprika and pepper in a large bowl, preferably with your hands, without overworking. Shape into 8 thin, 4-inch-wide patties. Mound 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on each of 4 patties, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Cover each with one of the remaining patties. Crimp and seal the edges closed.
4. To grill: Lightly oil the grill rack (see Tip). Grill the stuffed patties over medium-high heat, about 4 minutes per side for medium-well. (Be sure not to press the burgers as they cook or they’ll split open and the cheese will ooze out.) To broil: Cover a broiler pan with foil and coat with cooking spray. Broil the stuffed patties in the upper third of the oven, about 4 minutes per side for medium-well. In either case, let the burgers stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Make it a habit to eat a piece of fruit in the morning, and at least a cup of vegetables at lunch and dinner (A “serving” of most vegetables is ½ cup.) That’s “5 a day” without breaking a sweat

Breakfast stuff:
Hard boiled or poached egg, 1 slice whole or multigrain toast (Sara Lee has yummy 45 calorie wheat breads now) abnd a little apple sauce on the toast-no butter.
45 calories wheat toast with apple sauce on top then melt some cheese on top under the broiler until nice and golden brown.
Oatmeal-otameal has a fair aount of calories to begin with but it is a goos stick to your ribs kind of brekfats that wont leave you hangery in 20 min. Add some fresh fruit., and use a yiny sprinkle of sugar and a splash of milk.
English muffin, scrambled egg and and nice tall glas of OJ

Lunch:
Sandwiches with eli meat.
Unroll the fake crab legs and add to a sandwich.
Salads.
Reduced calories soups
Grilled white meats, veggies and a small amount of starch.
Dinner:
Grilled, baked or poached white meats, a HUGE pile of veggies and limited starches.
My best method has been to keep a food journal. I try to not go over 1,300 calories. I know I sneak nibbles and tastes in here and they all add up. 1,500-1,800 calories is a good target range for loosing weight. When I stop at 1,300 I know I have cusion room for the little extras I snuck in during the day, or if I under estemated a serving and calories on a certian thing.
Also keep hyrdtared.
Riding your bike will help but when you do the same thing everyday you body basicaly builds an immunity towards that excercise and it doesn’t work any more.
So don’t forget to do other diffrerent exercises as well.

“Corny Beanie Weenies.”
(from a country preacher in Mississippi…wife & 2 teenage sons)
Mix one can of good baked beans
We use a good sized can of beans (14-16 ounces, I think) and
get a kind that we like (maybe with brown sugar, onion, and bacon).
There are several kinds of good baked beans.
and a package of Oscar Meier Weiners (all sliced up).
with a can of whole kernel corn (drained)
Any way, heat up these three ingredients, and serve with brown bread
(maybe toasted ?) and a glass of milk.
It doesn’t get any easier than this, and is suprisingly good!
P.S…..Might put ingredients in a casserole dish and top with corn muffin mix.
Substitute a pound of cooked ground beef……rename to…??
POT ROAST
Your choice of beef (to fit crock-pot)
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1 pkg. dry Brown Gravy mix
1 cup water
Put beef in pot.
Mix together all the dry mixes….then add water …pour over meat and cover & cook on high 4-6 hours.
Until meat is tender.
The first time I mad it I didn’t have the Italian Dressing mix….so I added a pkg. of Onion Soup Mix….I have to say I liked that better.
If you use more water you might want to add more Brown Gravy mix….to make a thicker sauce. Was gonna add
potatoes and carrots…but never got around to it.

1 small can sliced black olives

12 eggs beaten

Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan, wipe excess with paper towel.
Spread potatoes on bottom (cand be lightly browned in a skillet first if desired)
Sprinkle sausage over potatoes…then
Peppers…
Mushrooms…
Ham..
Onions (reserve about ¼ cup)
Mix eggs & milk together…….I added about 2 TBLS. Tabasco…more to your taste… pour slowly over all.
Cover with shredded cheese….then sprinkle over all
Remaining onions…
Olives…
Bacon…
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
