What are some really good chicken recipes?

I like food somewhat spicy but not too much.I usually season chicken with peppers, salt, garlic, onion, lime juice/orange juice and sometimes chicken broth.
What do you season chicken with?

Our local Costco store sells Yoshida Sauce in big containers. When I am entertaining and want to serve drummettes (chicken wings), I buy the frozen chicken wing sections at Costco and the container of Yoshida Sauce. I place the chicken wings in a sheet cake pan, pour over the Yoshida sauce (kind of a sweet soy sauce-taste), and bake them for 20 minutes. I then turn them over and do the other side for 15 minutes. The sauce thickens and tastes a little like a barbecue sauce – not spicy but you could add cayenne or red pepper to the sauce to perk it up if you like.

They are always a hit and I never have leftovers.

    Hope that helps.

Hubby marinates chicken in purchased jerk sauce overnight and cooks on the grill. Another good marinade is half Italian dressing and half soy sauce.

this is extremely easy and affordable. all you need to do is buy shake n’ bake.( it comes with a bag) take skinless chicken and coat it on egg that has been whisked together. place the chicken in the bag with the shake n’ bake and coat chicken. place in oven for 45 min. or until cooked through. set to 350 degrees. enjoy its amazing!
