Where can I find the recipe for Old El Paso Enchilada cooking sauce?

They changed the Enchilada cheese and tomato sauce for this garlic and tomato one recently and the new one isn’t patch on the old. Does any one know where I can find the recipe for the new one or a recipe that it at least similar?

    1 small onion chopped
    15 Ounce can chicken broth
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    2 teaspoons cumin
    Cook onion in olive oil till tender, add remaining ingredients. Simmer till

    INGREDIENTS
    15 ml olive oil
    1 clove garlic (can be omitted)
    2oz parmesan Cheese
    4 g minced onion
    0.8 g dried oregano
    7 g chili powder
    0.7 g dried basil
    0.3 g ground black pepper
    0.8 g salt
    0.5 g ground cumin
    0.5 g dried parsley
    60 ml salsa
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
    355 ml water
    DIRECTIONS
    Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the onion, oregano, chili powder, basil, ground black pepper, salt, cumin, parsley, salsa and tomato sauce.
    Mix together and then stir in the water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
