Try eating fresh foods and low-fat breakfast meats. You can have pancakes with fruit, eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.

Eat a small sandwich or wrap. Put your favourite vegetables, cheeses, meats/eggs/seafood and then warm it if you like. Add some spices to add a kick of flavour to you sandwich/wrap. Don’t overload yourself. If you want something sweet and healthy, you should try low fat+sugar-free pancakes/waffles with fresh fruit and a bit of syrup.

In the morning I put frozen rassberrys in the microwave for thirty seconds. Then I add Oiko’s Vanilla yogurt, then i add Kashi GoLean Crunch Cereal and mix it all up. It taste good. Don’t addd Yoplait yogurt cause it is actully not very healthy. Use natural vanilla yogurts. You could also add cut up bananas if you want also

Healthy breakfasts that are also filling should always contain some lean protein (to keep you full through the day), only complex carbohydrates (such as whole grains)and fresh fruit or veggies. One all-time favorite is a breakfast parfait which layers nonfat plain yogurt, fresh berries, chopped fruit and a high quality granola which contains some nuts for even more healthy protein. If you want to sweeten it slightly drizzle the layers with a small amount of honey or maple syrup.
Another very popular option is a fresh fruit smoothie with yogurt or buttermilk, fresh chopped fruit and some protein such as whey or soy milk. You can also add flax seeds and wheat germ for that extra boost.
Egg white omelets or frittatas (baked Italian omelets) loaded with fresh veggies and low fat or goat cheese is another sure winner. Frittatas are even good at room temperature if you want to make a large one ahead and have it all week.
