I like to make crepes when I want something simple, sweet and easy. You can fill them with any fruit, top them with powdered sugar or just use jam or butter or maple syrup. mmmmmmmm
Basic recipe: * 1 cup all-purpose flour * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup milk * 1/2 cup water * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 2 tablespoons butter, melted
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
If you want apples, slice & caramelize them with butter & sugar. Saute for about 10 minutes.

coconut macaroons 2 cups flour 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1 bag sweetened flaked cocnut mix all together and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes yummy

there’s a very yummy recipe..it tastes gr8
RECIPE 1:
Ingredients
2 cups of semolina
3 tbsp sugar
half cup condense milk
dry fruits
1 tbsp pineapple essence
lil cinnamom powder
Method:
heat 1tbsp of butter in a pan.roast semolina in it for 5min..untill it gives out a mild aroma.add sugar and mix until the sugar melts
add milk and mix again.when it starts to boil keep stirring till it thickens.
now add the pineapple essence and dry fruits
sprinkle lil cinnamom powder n mix.
cover the vessel and cook for 2 min.
remove the flame an allow it to stan for another 5 min.
serve hot!
RECIPE 2:
ingredients:
7-8 grated carrots
1 cup of condensed milk Or even ordinary 1.5 cup whole milk can be used
2 tbsp white butter/oil (tastes good wid butter)
very little cinnamom powder (approx one fourth of a table spoon)
Dry fruits of ur choice (cashew and pistachio taste gr8)
3 tbsp sugar (or as per ur taste)
Method
heat butter in a wok.add grated carrots to it and stir fry (stir continuosly fr approx 8 mins….till the carrots soften)
Add condensd milk,sugar,slit almonds,cinnamom powder.mix well
keep stirring for another 3 min.cover and keep it for 3 min.
Can be served hot or (recommended) chilled
garnish wirh pistachios and silver paper
