There are to many to list what kinds do you like ? I have about 170 in my group plus just doughs.

    CHALLAH

    2 2/3 tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 c. bread flour
    2 2/3 tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. yeast
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 1/2 eggs, slightly beaten
    Poppy seeds (optional)
    1 egg, beaten

Directions for bread machine using the basic dough mode.
Combine bread flour, sugar and salt in bread pan. Next, pour water, 2 1/2 slightly beaten eggs and vegetable oil on top. Fill yeast dispenser with 2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast. Press start pad. It should take approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes to complete.

Remove dough from bread pan after beeping stops. Divide dough into 3 pieces. Roll pieces into strands of equal length and then braid them together. Cover and let rise for about 45 to 50 minutes. Brush top with a beaten egg and sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 1 large challah.

    Italian Cheese Bread (ABM)

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/3 cup coarsely shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoon quick-rise yeast (or bread machine yeast)

Place ingredients in pan in above order (except for cheese). Place pan in machine. Select loaf size and start. Pour cheese into pan at the fruit and nut beep or at about 32 minutes into the cycle.

    Serve warm.

    Makes one 2-pound loaf

    1/4 cup sour cream
    3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Make bread according to bread machine instructions

    Herb Bread

Makes one 1-lb loaf, 8 slices
    16 servings (1/2 slice is 1 serving)

    Ingredients

1 teaspoon Fast-rising yeast OR 2 teaspoons Active dry yeast
    2 cups Bread flour
    1 tablespoon Dry milk
    1 tablespoon Sugar
    1 teaspoon Salt
    1 teaspoon Dried chives
    1 teaspoon Marjoram
    1 teaspoon Thyme
    1 teaspoon Basil
    1 tablespoon Margarine or butter
    7/8 cup Water (77°-95°F)

    Directions

Place all ingredients in the bread machine in the order suggested in your operator’s manual. (If using fresh herbs, double the amount called for.)

Makes one 1-pound loaf, for 16 servings.

    Wheat & Honey Bread
    Yield: 1 Servings

    1 pk Yeast
    3/4 c Whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 c Bread flour
    1 t Salt
    2 T Honey
    2 T Butter
    1 Egg
    1 c Plus 1 Tbsp warm water

In the order listed, put all ingredients into pan, select white bread
    and push “Start.”

Note: Raisins are a good addition. Add them at the beginning for
flavor, or at the beeps so they’ll remain whole.

English Muffin Bread (For Bread Machines)
    Yield: 6 servings

    1 1/4 c water
    2 ts sugar
    1 ts salt
    1/4 ts baking soda
    3 c bread flour
    3 tb nonfat dry milk
    2 ts yeast

Note: Ingredients are for Large Loaf (about 1.5 lbs), adjust # of
servings for Medium or Small loaf.

Put all ingredients in machine in the order suggested by your
machine’s manufacturer and fire that bad boy up on the regular bread
cycle. The top of the loaf should come out sunken, this is normal.

The texture and taste is just like English Muffins, this is GREAT for
    toasting!

    Prep:
    5 min

    Start To Finish:
    3 hr 35 min

    Makes 1 loaf (1 1/2 pounds), 12 slices
