Anyone have any healthy recipes for chicken?
Besides baking chicken and chicken salad, I don’t know of any healthy chicken recipes. It’s important that it’s healthy and not spicy. I’m a total wimp when it comes to spicy food. Other than that I’m open for any recipes. Thanks for your time.

Make Stir Fry with chicken breasts, and I just buy a bag of frozen mixed stir fry veggies. I use terriyaki sauce, soya sauce, honey and ginger and nutmeg and whatever other sauces and spices I have laying around. And I serve it with Rice noodles. So simple to make, yet so delicious and filling and healthy

Amount Measure Ingredient — Preparation Method
——– ———— ——————————–
1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast
1 can crushed pineapple in juice
3/8 cup soy sauce, low sodium
3 green onion
1 1/2 dashes ginger — ground
dash red pepper — ground
1 kiwi fruit — sliced
Rinse chicken and pat dry. If necessary, cut chicken into 4
serving-size pieces. Drain pineapple, reserving liquid (you should
have about 1/2 cup). Place pineapple liquid and soy sauce in a
large skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Place chicken in soy
sauce mixture. Return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer
about 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine drained pineapple,
kiwifruit, green onions, ginger, and pepper. Cook over medium-low
heat until warm, about 3 minutes.
To serve, remove chicken from soy sauce mixture.
Spoon pineapple mixture over chicken or turkey.

All chicken can be healthy. Dark meat tends to be leaner, believe it or not. Both are great. Remove the skin–it’s full of fat. Baked, broiled, grilled–all good. Even a boneless breast sauteed in a little olive oil with garlic and finished with (or without) a splash of wine wine can be fantastic and simple.

I saute cut up chicken breast in a little oil, then add a little white wine, mustard and fresh lemon juices salt pepper and some garlic powder). Thicken it with a little flour, it is so so good. You can eat it with anything, pasta rice or I eat it with some bread, yummy yummy. It’s really easy and healthy!

here’s a marinade that i love to use to bake chicken breasts:
per chicken breast, you need:
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tbsp of oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp of lemon pepper
put in bag, put in chicken and shake until chicken is covered. let marinate for @ least 1/2 hour.
bake @ 350 for about 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
i eat this over white rice with a veg on the side, yummy!
