Hi, well i kinda cheat a bit, but tastes as good as the chinese!!
Buy birds eye crispy chicken, once its cooked slice it up into strips and buy a ready made lemon sauce either sharwoods, blue dragon-all are very nice, if there isnt enough just squeeze some lemons into, it and also place on top!!!
In fact that is what i am having for dinner tonight!! i also add noodles and brown rice!!

If you mean lemon chicken like you get at Chinese restaurants (deep fried breast with lemon sauce) I can’t help you there. 🙂 However, I do have a recipe for lemon butter chicken, which my family loves.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Dijon mustard
Italian seasoned (dry) breadcrumbs
3/4 stick butter (do NOT use margarine)
Juice and zest from one large lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13 X 9 baking dish with spray and set aside.
Brush both sides of chicken breasts liberally with Dijon mustard, coat completely with bread crumbs (shaking off excess) and place in baking dish.
Melt butter, lemon juice, grated zest and salt in small sauce pan, stir thoroughly. Pour sauce over chicken and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes during cooking.
While chicken is cooking, cook pasta (whatever kind you want. I like fettuccine with this dish) until desired doneness. Drain thoroughly and keep warm. When chicken is done, remove to plates and scrape all the lemon/butter sauce and the little browned butter bits into the drained pasta, and toss thoroughly to coat.

Citrus Grilled Chicken
Grilled chicken makes a swift and easy mid-week supper, and is one of the simplest of lemon chicken recipes. Marinading the meat in lemon juice tenderises the chicken, and gives it masses of extra flavour. You can leave the chicken in the marinade overnight if you get organised enough, but if not even 10-15 mins steeping in the lemony mixture will be enough to add that unmistakeable citrus aroma.
Serves 4: 8 chicken pieces, 2 lemons, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 4 tbsp olive oil.
Put the chicken in a dish. Squeeze the lemons, mix juice with the garlic and oil to make a marinade. Toss chicken in the marinade, cover and refrigerate until needed. Preheat the grill to medium. Put the chicken into the grill pan and spoon over some marinade. Grill the chicken, placing it about 10-15cm (4-6 inches) beneath the heat, and turning once until the skin is crisp and juices run clear when the meat is tested with a knife point.
As a variation, you can use chicken breasts, skinned and cut into cubes before marinading. To cook, thread the cubes on skewers, alternating with cherry tomatoes, baby onions and bay leaves, and grill until the chicken is cooked right through, basting with marinade.
