    Wow.
You’re dealing with several variables as it is completely dependent upon the person’s overall health sexually and otherwise and the circumstances that surrounds the person’s environment.
I can suggest to you what may speed up “recovery” if you’re willing to follow some sound guidelines.
First, get on a raw foods diet. Studies have shown that men and women are more fertile when they are on a diet rich with live foods AKA living foods *live microorganisms that aid in enzymatic distribution*, whereas cooked foods AKA “dead” foods are not beneficial for optimum health and aid in the progresses of degenerative diseases. Don’t take my word for it. Do your own research on the subject matter. It’s all over the place. Better yet, perform a contolled group with mice. Half of the group on cooked foods, the other half on live (raw) foods. Guess which controlled group will become diseased? It’s your experiment. The findings are there. What does that have to do with your fertility? Improves it more quickly than the conventional way of eating.
Second, exercise — yes, very much the NO-BRAINER. This is a powerhouse method of boosting fertility along with the live foods diet. If you do one or the other, you’re still speeding things up.
Third, never ever ever ever ever consume alcohol while trying to become pregnant. Trouble lies ahead.
