Is drinking green tea every day enough to improve the functionality of my immune system?

I know green tea is high in antioxidants and that antioxidants help rid your body of toxins which in turn helps strengthen the immune system. If I drink green tea every day, will it be significant enough to strengthen my immune system?

tea is good.. but not good enough alone.. you need other natural herbs to boost your immune system..

It might help but I wouldn’t say its the only thing u can take to boost your immune system..take vitamin B Complex and C..or a good multi-vit..

Tea is great for health. Pair it with healthy foods. Drink your tea & eat your fruits and veggies to boost immune health.

i’ve been drinking bird nest soup every night (i only get the homemade kind back at home). the only reason why i drink it is because it’s supposed to be good for complexion.

i’ve been taking the store-bought kind online (e.g. http://www.geocities.jp/hongkong_bird_nest/index_e.htm of famous branded only of course) which is directly mailed from Hong Kong. this would be at a more affordable price.
