What are the benefits of giving up smoking & caffeine?
This month I gave up smoking and caffeine. I started smoking when I was 13 (now 21) about a pack a day. I was raised on soda & thats the only thing in our house to drink. I never drank water..only diet soda. Now I ONLY drink water. I want to be as healthy as possible. Can anyone tell me what benefits I will be noticing for giving up these 2 things? Thank you!

you’ll lose weight have more energy not get sick as often and on and on it’s great that your doing this good for you !!!
