Always bake the turkey on its side that way the juices flow into the breast and its not as intolerably dry half way through baking you turn it on to its other side of course

start cooking the turkey very early in the morning around 5am come 3pm it will be lovely.

Put turkey in large pan put butter under the skin and on top cover with foil and bake until almost done. Ten take off the foil and bake until golden brown. Ham poor some dark soda on the ham and put in oven and bake the soda will seer the ham and keep all the jucies inside
