Any easy recipes using canned cherries?

Anyone have any easy recipes using canned cherries? Something like filled dumplings or fruit-filled empanadas would be great!

    Fresh Cherry Crisp !
    “A cherry crisp using sour pie cherries that has an oatmeal crunch topping. This is delicious warm from the oven with ice cream. Fresh, frozen, or canned cherries may be used.”

    INGREDIENTS
    4 cups canned cherries
    1 1/2 cups white sugar
    4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup old-fashioned oats
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup shortening

    DIRECTIONS
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
    In a large bowl, combine cherries, 1 1/2 cups white sugar, and 4 tablespoons flour. Pour into 9×13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter and shortening until crumbly. Sprinkle over cherries.
    Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until topping is golden brown

    Cherry Crumble: Toss well drained canned cherries with some sugar and a small amount of corn starch. Turn into a buttered pie dish and top with a crumb topping made with a cup of flour, 1/2 cup sugar, a pinch of salt and 3 Tbsp. softened butter. Blend well and top cherries, sprinkle with cinnamin and bake @ 350 for 45 mins. Serve with whipped cream.
    Made same thing today with fresh rhubarb.

    Recipe ingredients:

    * 2 cups biscuit baking mix
    * 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    * 2 tablespoons water
    * 1 egg
    * 1 cup snipped pitted dark sweet cherries, well drained
    * 1 tablespoon butter
    * 1 to 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

    Recipe method:

    * Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix biscuit baking mix, the 1/3 cup sugar, water and egg until dough forms.
    * Gently smooth dough into a ball on surface generously dusted with baking mix. Knead 15 times.
    * Roll dough into 12-inch square. Cut into 4-inch squares. Spoon about 2 teaspoons cherries onto triangular half of each square.
    * Fold dough over cherries forming a triangle. Press edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    * Brush with butter. Sprinkle with 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes.
    * Serve with whipped cream if desired.
