How can i give up my habit of smoking weed?
I’m a daily smoker and i’ve told myself i was going to quit smoking multiple times. ALL of my friends smoke and i find it hard to quit due to the isolation i will face. I find myself feigning for a bowl when i wake up and need some tips on resisting. Theres nothing to do in the city i live in except toke.

Well, it’s harder to quit when you hang out with people that smoke a lot. It would be smart to find a new crowd. Also, finding a new hobby can help keep your mind busy instead of focusing on wanting to smoke.

Get a job.
If you already have one, take pride in the work you do and commit to not smoking during work hours.
You probably just need a purpose.

The hardest part about quitting for you will be the fact that you’re surrounded by other people that smoke a lot. I’d say the best thing to do is either 1) keep smoking with your friends but slowly ween off (smoke a little less and a little less as each day or week passes until you’re down to a little bit) or 2) go find some hobby or club that can occupy your time. If you like to play a sport maybe there’s some intramural league you can get in to. If you know ANYONE that doesn’t smoke, call him/her and ask to hang out and explain that you’re trying to cool off on smoking for a while. The question isn’t whether you can quit or not, it’s more a question of how good your ability to resist smoking with your friends is. Good luck!

It is all-natural, homeopathic, sublingual spray that helps relieve your symptoms as you kick the smoking habit!
