Patients and consistency is the key to training any animal. Do short session throughout the day.
Start with what she knows and build up from there.
Praise her whenever she does what you want her to do.
You can also try clicker training. Just google that and a bunch of info comes up.
    Good luck…;-)

you must train on a consistant basis until they learn. Maybe it would help if you had the support of a dog training class rather than on your own.

Many local shelters or pet stores have started offering dog training classes. Try one of them and see if they help.

contact a profesional behaviouralist and trainer, they can evaluate your specific dog and tell you what you do rigth and wrong

other then that with so little details i cant give you much advice

if you want you can mail me and ask more specific details and i migth be able to answer, i grown up with them all my life, my mom been breeding and training them for 15 years and i been helping them, i also have an animal related education where i had some animal behaviour and welfare courses

oh and btw, do not take advices on the millan person, he is clueless and directly dangerous

Personal, I train with reward. That is if my dog does what I want her to do, I will reward her with a piece of hot dog. This makes her more eager to learn.

the age of the dog does not matter. my parents own a dog and he is 8 years old he’s a walker (hunting dog) and weighs about 85 pounds. for the last 8 years he has been out of control.. dog/animal aggressive, aggressive to people he doesn’t know, barks constantly, afraid of loud noises, you name the bad behavior he had it. my parents decided 2 weeks ago to have him put down because he was becoming too aggressive with the other 2 family dogs. i convinced them not to it yet to spend the money for the dog whisperer dvd and book by ceasar mulan. it’s only been 2 weeks and he is a completely different dog, it’s also improved the behavior of the other dogs in the family. no more fights, and for the first time in his sad life he is able to go outside and go for a walk. you won’t be able to properly train your dog, you have to be properly trained to communicate with your dog and become the pack leader.

You ought to seriously think about working on growing this internet site into a serious voice in this marketplace. You obviously have a high-quality knowledge of the areas all of us are searching for on this web page anyways and you could potentially even earn a dollar or three from some advertising. I would explore following recent news and raising the volume of site posts you make and I bet you’d start earning some huge traffic in the near future. Just an idea, high-quality luck in whatever you do!

Exactly how great to see content material which is so well-written, I was awestruck through every one of the information, plus the way it had been introduced.

Thanks a lot for giving everyone remarkably wonderful chance to read articles and blog posts from this web site. It is always so pleasant and as well , stuffed with a great time for me personally and my office co-workers to visit your site minimum three times a week to read through the latest items you have got. Not to mention, I’m at all times astounded with all the excellent techniques you serve. Selected two tips on this page are clearly the most effective I’ve had.
