As long as it’s cooked properly is should be just fine. Just make sure if you make some for a sandwich later you reheat it again to the proper temperature. No going to the fridge for cold leftovers!! 🙂

As long as it is thoroughly cooked it is fine. Mmmmmm..I am jealous 🙂 My family thinks they have to have yucky dry turkey every year…lol. Enjoy!!!
