yup, your skin will def improve. It may break out a bit more as your body gets rid of all the toxins from smoking but eventually will look a lot better. Smoking can also really dry the skin out and age it.
Good luck with giving up!

I’m sorry, but wrinkles don’t go away when you stop smoking. It for sure will not increase if you stop smoking. Although, your acne will clear up pretty good. You have been smoking for 7 years, and because you started at an age your body grows and develops, it will cause some other problems too. Smoking causes you to age faster, and you can’t reverse aging. If I were in your place I’d see a doctor, for some type of treatment. Although, do NOT just stop inhaling 4,000 nicotine/carcinogen/tar chemicals just for your appearance.
Tobacco causes: Long term/short term
*discolored teeth
*bad breath
*unattractive (deepens wrinkles)
*stains on fingers
*heart attack
*lung cancer
*pancreas cancer
*bladder cancer
*cervix cancer
*kidney cancer
*dulls taste and smell
*severe acne
*aging faster
*death.
etc…
Smoking kills 400,000 people each year; and you have a big chance it will be you. You should stop smoking know! People who smoke phsologicaly are weak in the brain. You couldn’t firmly said “No” when under peer pressure, depression, curiousity, and experimenting with tobacco. It’s disgusting and STUPID. I’m sorry, I’m being harsh. But, I care for your health and anyones elses health who smoke. Research about smoking tobacco, you will be surprised. I know about this, because my dad passed away from lung cancer when he Was 44. And ever since then I have been studying it. It may surprise you but I’m only 13. =)
IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR LIFE THAT MUCH, THAN I’D SAY SMOKE AND DIE FROM IT. BUT, IF YOU DO LIKE BREATHING, THAN QUIT!!! =)
