Croissant dogs! They are really easy. Go buy 2 Rolls of the pillsbury butter flake croissants, and a package of Hillshire Farms Cocktail Weiners. Unroll the doe, and cut each doe triangle in half (long ways) making 2 triangles. roll the doe around the hotdogs and bake according to the packaging. They are to die for!

PS I thinka more complete recipe for these is right on the back of the croissant’s!

    Drink: Godiva Chocolate Kiss Martini

1 Shot Godiva Chocolate liqueur 1 shot vodka and one unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss. Drop the kiss in the bottom of a martini glass, mix the liqueur and the vodka in a mixer with crushed ice and pour over the kiss.
This is one of those things you can serve to people as they walk in or serve with dessert.

This is a great, easy and can be elegant dip if you present it right. 24 ounces sour cream, a jar of real bacon bits or 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled, a 1 oz package of dry ranch dressing mix ,1 1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley. Mix this together and let flavors blend for several hours. To serve, place in hollowed out cherry tomatoes, or baked potato skins. To make the potatoes, boil small new potatoes (you will need 15-18 potatoes to use all the dip) until they are barely tender. Cut in half and scoop out the flesh leaving the skins and remaining flesh about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let your guests use these as scoops for the dip.

The dip is also good with kettle cooked potato chips or thin crackers.

Go to cotsco or Bj’s wholesale club and they have alot of appetizers to choose from that you just put in the oven.(Mozzarella sticks, mini quiches, egg rolls, breaded shrimp, etc.)

You can do a veggie platter with dips. Deviled eggs are easy. Nachos/cheese, chips/dips, fruit salad,

For drinks- can make a sherbert punch with ginger ale.

    HAVE FUN!!
