what are some quick and easy recipes that I can make for when I attend class?

I attend a class 4 days a week and its getting to expensive to buy lunch every day and having sandwiches every day is boring.
What are some good quick and easy recipes that I can make so that I don’t have to buy it everyday or just have sandwiches?

Stuffed pita sandwiches, wraps with veggies meat and cream cheese instead of mayo, frozen mixed fruit and cottage cheese and by the time you eat it will be thawed, veggie sticks with dip, homeade cheese or peanut butter crackers.

Grilled Chicken: Get a bunch of Chix breast, marinate in salt, pepper, minced garlic and chopped herbs…goes on anything, full of protein, and relatively cheap.

Take along salad with or without cold cuts and cheeses – just put your dressing in a separate container and add it when you’re ready to eat.

If you have access to a microwave oven, then take leftovers or frozen entrees or soups.

Make a batch of chili and freeze it in portion size for lunch. Heat it up in the morning and put in thermos or leave frozen and heat in microwave at school. This site has some great chili recipes and they have a section of easy recipes.
