I found it very easy to quit once I made up my mind. Once you realize that smokers aren’t welcome anywhere, it interferes with your work output, your health and the health of your family. Plus factor in what a savings of$4 /day for 365 days will do for your other plans such as vacation, home improvement, etc. The choice is easy!!!! You will probably gain some wt. and that is harder to control than the smoking I find, but I am still better off and you will be too.

Quit and started again? Been there done that. But quitting is easier than you think. It might be different for different people but for me analyzing the urge was the key. Every time you have the urge to reach for a cigarette, think what led you to that. Stress? Boredom? Find a cure for that condition. If you’re stressed you could meditate or play games on your PC or chat with your friends. If you’re bored find some interesting activity – like learning a new language. Soon you’ll have no trouble living without tobacco.
Now if you’re talking about early morning bowel movements, dude that is a big myth 🙂
