i am trying to give up smoking?
but im finding it so hard, im only 17 and have been smoking for around 4 years. but i just get to the stage where i get so stressed out and shout at everyone everytime i try to, can anbody give me any tips?

Go to your doctor and ask for Chantix that’s how you spell it, and they’ll know what your talking about. It’s kinda pricey, but if you can afford to smoke then you can afford this medicence. It work’s I know that for a fact, my dad has smoked for twenty two years and quit within three months of using Chantix.

yeah i used to be like that cause all i thought about was trying not to smoke and that frustrated me you should try chewing gum or eating sunflower seeds anything that keeps your mouth busy

Try the patch or nicotine gum. You may need some anti-anxiety medication too. I do not say that to be mean, but if the stress is severally affecting your life then you do need to get that treated.
Also, you could try meditating or working out to get rid of the stress. This is not really a quiting smoking thing, but it does help with stress.
Some seem to find things like hypnosis, acupuncture, yoga, etc.. extremely helpful. Do not be afraid to give those a try.
Lastly, there’s always the approach that I took. Just throw the things out and get on with your life.

i am an x smoker, it is easy to stop, and you don’t have to start again next week,
buy couple packs of cigarettes and immediately destroy them = put them in water or crush them, you will feel such an idiot, you wouldn’t dare waste money buying more, same day, and every time you want to smoke do same buy and destroy
